Our classes are designed to develop physical literacy, in line with Sport Canada’s Long Term Development framework.
With a focus on fundamental movement skills combined with a whole child approach, we build children’s physical strength, confidence, and character — so kids can thrive at the playground, in sports, and in life.

We build confidence by inviting kids to speak up and through 'spotlight moments', where kids are invited to demonstrate games or show off their skills to their friends

Intentional character building practices are integrated into our curriculum to develop resilience, encourage responsibility, and promote kindness.

We focus on building strength through developing fundamental movement skills including running, jumping, throwing, balance, coordination, and many more.
